Great location but........... Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location ! So close to beach and pickleball however this unit need some serious updates. Air conditioning Went out and it took 2 days to repair, closet door in the master was off and they never addressed it, all rugs were stained and worn, television instructions were impossible to navigate, kitchen had bits and pieces of what you needed but were put away all over. It was a search to find the lid for anything or matching items. The living room furniture was worn and cushions sunk when you sat down from wear . This is the second year we stayed at this condo and won’t be back unless some changes are made.

Perfect size for our group. Please be aware that there is next to nothing in the way of cooking equipment for such a large house. This grill was also extremely dirty and unusable. It would also be nice if the owner left a few things from guest to guest. Spices, salt and pepper, dish soap, etc.
