It has remained well maintained and very clean. Great light, plenty of space. We did see a gator on the edge of the yard near the water so be careful! (Though that will be true at any house here) Nice selection of games, books, and puzzles for kids, along with large pool. The only negative was many of the nonstick pans in the kitchen need replaced. We'll be back!

The beds were uncomfortable, the small kitchen appliances were not well maintained. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. While there was a nice view the balcony was small and hard to sit at the table to enjoy a meal with more then 2 people.

We come every year with our family for a week. Sometime we stay for a week, just the two of us. St. Andrew’s commons is a perfect location for the smaller groups. It is quiet and beautiful. A great location, close to everything you need.
