What to Expect

Each session focuses on core areas of pickleball, including footwork, grip, court positioning, and swing fluidity. With a clear daily progression, participants will sharpen their skills through specialized drills and techniques:

• Day 1: Returning Team Focus Skills
  Develop your return of serve with controlled forehand and backhand strokes, emphasizing depth, pace, and consistency. Improve your 4th shot volley with proactive positioning and techniques like:

  • Block Volley: Neutralize pace and redirect shots effectively.

  • Roll Volley: Use topspin to create offensive opportunities.

• Day 2: Serving Team Focus Skills
  Master the 3rd shot drives and drops to keep your opponents on their toes. Learn to execute low, unattackable drives and high-percentage shots, and perfect the art of the 3rd shot drop.

• Day 3: Serving Team Focus Skills
  Transition smoothly from defense to offense with transition zone play. Refine your 3rd shot drops, practice midcourt half-volley drops, and execute 5th shot volleys with precision. You'll also learn to develop the 5th shot poach and attack volleys to keep the pressure on your opponents.
