Surf Camp

Surf School in Hilton Head, South Carolina | Palmetto Dunes

Learn to surf! Join the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters' Surf School to master the waves. This educational Surf Camp emphasizes safety and the basic fundamentals of surfing. Palmetto Dunes Outfitters offers 7' and 9' soft top boards, skim boards and boogie boards. Camps begin June 1, 2008.

Surf Camp

Enjoy a full two-hour session on the beach. Pre-registration required; 4 student minimum per class.

CAMP I: Aloha Surf School

Learn the awesome sports of surfing, skim boarding, and boogie boarding from seasoned surfers while gaining knowledge about the ocean and water safety. A fun and unforgettable few hours.
Cost: $99 (2 hour session)

CAMP II: Grand Slam Kayak/ Surf Fishing and Adventure Experience

With the emphasis on fun, kayak through our private hardwood forest saltwater lagoon system. Learn about the awesome ecosystem, go crabbing, throw cast-net for shrimp or bait fish, go skim-boarding, play beach games, see lots of wildlife and more. If you haven't been surf fishing, get ready for a real Tug-O-War with what can be a fish of a lifetime. A day you will never forget.
Cost: $145 (4 hour session)
